Peacefully with family by her side on Friday May 24, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in her 87th year.
Rosa, beloved wife for 56 years of Antonio Horta. Much loved mother of Gentil Horta and his wife Cinda and Horace Horta and his wife Rose. Proud Avo of Andrew and Brandon. Dear sister of Maria dos Ascencaō. Rosa will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all her family and many dear friends.
Family and friends may call at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Sunday May 26th from 2-5 pm. Prayers in the afternoon. Funeral Mass at St. Gertrude ‘s Roman Catholic Church, (King Street east of Wilson) on Monday May 27th at 11 am.
Entombment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
