MOOYER, Cornelia Geertruida (nee L’Ami) – Peacefully on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg in her 87th year. Cornelia, beloved wife of the late Albert Cornelis Mooyer (2002). Treasured mother of Tina Vanderzwet (Garry), Nellie Massaar (Calvin), Albert (late Barb), Gerda Landry, Mary Beer (Tammy Watson), Jane Kingston (John), and the late Petrus (1957). Proud Oma of Mark, Christopher, Chrystal, Roger, Amanda, William, Gilbert, Margaret, Gordon, Douglas, Melody, Sam, Jeffery, Gregory and their families. Dear sister of Wilhelmus L’Ami in Holland and is predeceased by her parents and 9 siblings. Heart-felt thanks to the whole care team at Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care for the compassionate care given to Cornelia during her stay.
Friends may call at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Monday March 5th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Prayers at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday March 6th at 10:30am at Holy Cross Catholic Church (Simcoe & Olive). Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
