ARCHIBALD, Middleton, Alexander, “Archie” “Cromwell” – peacefully on Tuesday August 7, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 83rd year. Husband of the late Georgina (2006). He will be missed by his children and grandchildren. Survived by one brother and his sisters. He was a man of many talents and a force to be reckoned with. There isn’t a person he met, that he did not make a friend. He was quite the athlete in his younger years, and an educator, and a writer in his later years. Track and Field was a passion he shared with his siblings. Friends may call at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Tuesday August 14th from 7-9pm. Funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday August 15th at 1pm. Interment Thornton Cemetery, Oshawa. Donations to the Canadian Tire Jump Start Program would be greatly appreciated.
