With heavy hearts the family of Adam Czuba announce is passing on Monday August 30th, 2021, surrounded by his family.
Adam passed away at the age of 77.
Survived by his adoring wife Kazimiera Czuba.
Cherished father of Marzanna Blonski (Stanislaw) and Grzegorz Czuba (Elzbieta).
Much loved grandfather/Dziadek of Przemek, Daniel, Savannah & Nicole.
Adam was predeceased by his 8 brothers and sisters. Lovingly remembered by his many family members and friends in Poland and Canada.
Friends are welcome to join with the family at Visitation on Thursday September 2nd from 6pm to 8pm at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa. Parish Prayers will be held at 8pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday September 4th at 11am at St. Hedwig’s Polish Catholic Church.
