It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Alain Chabot on June 2, 2022. Alain will be forever remembered as a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
Alain was born on August 2nd, 1955 in Ste-Justine, Québec to Louis-Philippe Chabot and Aline Carrier.
His life will be forever remembered by his wife of 47 years, Marielle Chabot. He was a proud, supportive, and inspiring father to Daniel Chabot (Hanan), Justin Chabot (Jennifer), and David Chabot (Julie). He will be forever cherished by his grandchildren Alistair, Wesley, Zoey, and McKenzie. He will be dearly missed by his brothers and sisters Dany Chabot (Mimi), Laurence Chabot (Russell), Ghislaine Chabot (Marcel), Armelle Chabot (Marcel), Fleurette Chabot, Lina Chabot (L. Gilles), Ghislain Chabot (Glennis), Marianne Chabot (Nancy), Mario Chabot (Linda).
Forever remembered by his extended family Carmelle Lambert (Léandre), Rémi Lambert (Céline), Claude Lambert, Pauline Lambert (Eric), Nicole Couture (Claude), Jo-anne Lambert (Denis), Estelle Thériault (Daniel), Gaëtan Lambert (Norma), Alain Lambert (Katharine).
Visitation will be held at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King Street East, Oshawa, 905-433-4711) on Thursday June 9, 2022 from 2pm until 4pm & 6pm until 8pm, rosary service at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass to be held at THE ASSOMPTION DE NOTRE-DAME PARISH in Oshawa on Friday June 10, 2022 at 10:00am. Cremation to follow.

Alain est né le 2 août 1955 à Ste-Justine (QC) de Louis-Philippe Chabot et Aline Carrier.
Sa vie restera à jamais gravée dans la mémoire de sa femme depuis 47 ans, Marielle Chabot. Il était le père fier, solidaire et inspirant de Daniel Chabot (Hanan), Justin Chabot (Jennifer) et David Chabot (Julie). Il sera à jamais chéri par ses petits-enfants Alistair, Wesley, Zoey et McKenzie. Il manquera beaucoup à ses frères et soeurs Dany Chabot (Mimi), Laurence Chabot (Russell), Ghislaine Chabot (Marcel), Armelle Chabot (feu Marcel), Fleurette Chabot, Lina Chabot (L. Gilles), Ghislain Chabot (Glennis), Marianne Chabot (Nancy), Mario Chabot (Linda).
