Leczel, Albert Robert “Bob”
Passed away peacefully on Thursday August 26th at Lakeridge Health Oshawa with his family by his side, at the age of 87.
Bob was recently predeceased by his cherished wife Vera, on June 5th, 2021, after 63 years of marriage.
Survived by his brother in law and life long friend Fred Mandryk (Debbie) and sisters in law Lynda Doyle and Therese Mandryk.
Predeceased by his siblings James and Shirley Miklas and brother in laws Eugene Mandryk and Brian Doyle.
Bob will be remembered by many friends and extended family.
Bob was a long time employee of Chrysler Canada as a Maintenance Engineer Manager.
His passions included his violin, gardening, travel, fishing and golf. Bob’s first priority was always his wife Vera. They were so proud of their home and gardens. Bob had a fierce respect and commitment to loyalty.
Friends and family are welcome to join together for a Funeral Service on Wednesday September 1st, at 12pm at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 11am to 12pm. Registration is required to attend the visitation and service.
