Passed away peacefully at Scarborough Centenary Hospital on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 in her 100th year.
Much loved wife of the late Dimitro Braznik. Stepmother to John Braznik (the late Sharon), Neena Stauffer (Ron) and the late Olga Carson (Danny). Dear Baba to grandchildren Angela Tesser, Lucas Carson, Kristin MacLean and the late Laura Quinn and 6 great-grandchildren.
Alexandra was the youngest of a large family in Ukraine. She immigrated to Canada in 1951.
Alexandra was a proud and devoted member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the Sisterhood for many years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa) with Panachyda during visitation. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Interment St. Wolodymyr & St. Olha Cemetery.
