Obituary for Ann Jane Bradley Williams (Cassidy)
Elizabeth and Fiona Williams share that after enduring challenging health issues, their “Wee Mammy” Ann Williams passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Hospital in Oshawa on Monday November 7th, 2022.
Ann was the much-treasured daughter of Mick and Lizzy Cassidy, beloved sister of her five brothers Martin, Pat, Tommy, Michael and Johnny, and affectionate wife of Big Iain Williams, who predeceased her. Ann was also an amazing mother to Elizabeth and Fiona (Gonzalo), a favourite Auntie to many Nieces and Nephews in Scotland, and an unforgettable Friend to many.
Ann will be cremated and there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be held at 9:30am on Monday November 21st, 2022, at St Gregory’s The Great Catholic Church, 214 Simcoe Street Oshawa. Following the mass, the family will host a reception at the Durham Celtic Club, 110 Ash Street Whitby. To fulfill Ann’s wishes, at a later date her ashes will be returned to Bonnie Scotland.
