Passed away peacefully on December 31st, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.
Barb leaves behind her loving husband John and her cherished son Bernard.
Predeceased by her parents Pauline & Angus MacLean.
Dear sister of Al MacLean, Georgina Doucet, David MacLean, and Patricia MacLean. Predeceased by her siblings Anslem MacLean, Helen Morrison and Colin MacLean.
Lovingly remembered by many family & friends.
Barb was a proud, loyal, and diligent employee who enjoyed her career with Scotia Bank in Toronto. She was endlessly generous, giving away anything that could be of use to others, especially her extended family. She enjoyed trips back home to Cape Breton Island and visiting with her family.
Please join with the family for Memorial Visitation on Friday January 12th from 2pm to 4pm at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa. Cremation has taken place. Donations in memory of Barb to Lakeridge Health Oshawa Foundation Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
