McLaughlin, Barry Leslie – October 1, 1943 – July 20, 2023
Passed away on Thursday July 20, 2023 at the age of 79, with his family by his side, Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Beloved partner of Joy Czap.
Predeceased by his father Clare, and recently by his mom Ruth Hornby on May 7, 2023 in her 103rd year.
Dear father of Trevor and his partner Dakota and family granddaughter Grace, her mom Larissa, and son Phillip and Dana.
Will be sadly missed by Joy's children Dawn and Joel.
Barry grew up in College Hill and had a lifelong love of cars which led him to his career in automotive supply – he was a longtime employee of WR Chapman Auto Parts and Carquest Auto Parts.
At the request of the family, no services will be held. Cremation has taken place.
