Don passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on March 25 2024. His loving family was with him to ease him through his passing. Don is survived by his loving wife Marlene, daughters Tracey (Mike) and Andrea (Chris), grandchildren Mercedes (Jean Simon), Maxwell, and Carly, and brother-in-law Stan and nephew Art (Jane).
Don is predeceased by his beloved sister Helen and nephew Larry.
Don relished a long retirement from Ontario Power Generation and recalled his working years fondly. Post retirement, Don enjoyed working as an usher at the Oshawa Generals games and supporting his team.
Family and friends enjoyed wonderful trips on his boats and RV.
Private family arrangements were carried out according to Don’s established wishes.
