Unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Arleane Higgins. Loving father of Miranda Higgins and grandfather of Josiah. Dear brother of Inez, Sadie, Rosemary, and Melvin.
Donald will be sadly missed by his family, his buddies, and his pets.
Donald loved to make people laugh and tell jokes. His uplifting and energetic spirit was always the life of the party.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa).
