Barber, Elaine

Unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the age of 40. Elaine was a devoted mother of Lilly Gazeas and her 2 cats pumpkin and big boy and puppy, Pebbles. Beloved partner of Peter Da Silva. Loving daughter of Janet Herbert (Gary). Cherished sister of Kristina Petrie (Scott), Curtis Herbert (Crystal), and Jason Herbert. Dear Aunt of Ashley, Megan, Austin, Cara, and Cailee. Elaine will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Elaine was a bright and loving soul. She was so proud of her daughter and an avid cat lover, she loved with her whole heart, and would always lend a helping hand. Elaine was a hardworking professional, devoted to doing her best and known as the Halloween Queen.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa).
