Condolence: I met this lady on Aug. 17th 1968. She was to be my foreman on Line 23 at Chrysler Canada. She kept me and all the other newbies on our toes and expected our best each and every day. We were never sure if it was enough. At the end of our probationary 90 days, she walked over to my machine, straight faced...then broke out in a big smile and said "Congratulations kid...you made it!" I stood up and hugged her and knew right then...she'd been rooting for us all along. RIP Evelyn..one classy lady.
