Passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer, surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday February 24, 2021, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of Donald Floyd for 30 years. Loving mum of Shawn Osier & Dawn Lewis. Famous & Glamorous Grandma “GG” of Mackenzie and Katie Lewis. Dear sister of the late Elenor Foster. Fran will be missed greatly by all and remembered forever. Arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME Oshawa, As per her wishes, there will be no formal funeral service, and cremation has taken place. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Covenant House Toronto.
