Obituary for Frederick Robert Gilbert
Passed away, after a courageous battle, on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Cheryl Green. Loving father of Charles and Timothy. Cherished grandfather of 5. Dear son of John and Lorraine and brother of John and Dianne.
Fred served as a Corporal in the Canadian Army for 7 years. He then went on to work for General Motors for 31 years. He took great pleasure in spending time outdoors, especially fishing.
