Cook, Hilda “Jean”
Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on Wednesday February 11, 2015 in her 90th year.
Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Ellwood Cook. Loving mother of Allan (Clara), Sharon Coker (Dennis), John (Jean), Robert (Pat), Michael (Sandra), Sandra Cook and predeceased by son Peter. Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Survived by her brothers Keith Holland (Bev) and Orv Holland (Barb). Predeceased by her brothers Harold “Dutch” Holland (Hilda) and Raymond Holland (Evelyn).
Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday February 13th from 7-9 pm and Saturday February 14th from 11am – 1pm at St. Stephen’s United Church. Funeral Service to follow at St. Stephen’s United Church at 1pm. Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
