Belich, Gunter & Hiltrud
Gunter passed away on July 7, 2020, at the age of 83 and his beloved wife, Hiltrud joined him on March 23, 2021, at the age of 80, so they could hold hands forever.
Loving parents of Carol, Ron, and Michael. Cherished grandparents and great-grandparents of many. Gunter is the dear brother of Ursula. Hiltrud is predeceased by her siblings Herman, Werner, Rosemarie and Giesella. Both Gunter and Hiltrud will be sadly missed, yet fondly remembered by their family and friends.

Gunter and Hiltrud met in Toronto after they both moved to Canada independently from Germany. They were the first generation here and established themselves on their own. They raised 3 children, who were able to enjoy a wonderful life because of their parent’s hard work and dedication. Gunter and Hiltrud were always spending time together and were often seen holding hands.
A Celebration of Life to honour Gunter and Hildtrud will be held on their wedding anniversary, Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa).
