Peacefully passed away at home, on January 26, 2023, at the age of 85.
Beloved son of Violet and Richard, Dear brother of Babs and Pat. Uncle of Frances, David, Philip, Ian, Robin, Nicholas, Julian, Susannah and Kate. Long-time dear friend of Heather & Don Olan and Mike Cassidy.
Jimmie loved animals and doted on his beloved Keeshonds.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 from 2-3 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A service of thanksgiving for the life of Jimmie will follow in the Chapel at 3 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Durham Humane Society. Online condolences may be shared at www.armstrongfh.ca
