Passed away peacefully, after a brief battle with Cancer, on Friday June 9th, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Beloved wife of Rolf Stachowski.
Loving mother of Brandon Coates.
Adoring grandmother of Theo.
Cherished sister of Sherry Delaney and her husband Fred.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many family & friends.
Janice was a proud employee of Bell Canada and retired after 33years of dedicated service.
Her favourite things were her family and friends along with her love of travel, poker and family gatherings. Janice was a caring, loving, generous and incredible supportive friend to many. She was always helping others, especially in their time of need, with either a drive to treatment or an appointment, she was always there to lend a helping hand.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 1-4 p.m. at Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43 (471 Simcoe St. S.).
Memorial donations to your charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
