Jiří Eduard Gustav Březina
Suddenly passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at his home, at the age of 78.
Beloved husband of Marija for 42 years. Loving father of Kristy and Robert (Patricia). Dear uncle of Zuzana Vaňková and her family and his brother-in-law Oto Kyliánek. Dear brother-in-law of both Joe and Ivan Gljušćić and their families. Predeceased by his parents Jiří and Miroslava, his step-father Bohuslav Hynek and his sister Alena Káchova and her husband Milan Kácha.
Jiří will be remembered for his kindness, heart of gold and love of his family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019 at St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church (690 King St. E., Oshawa) from 11:30 am to 12:20 pm.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30 pm.
He will be laid to rest with his family in Prague.
Reception details to be announced at the conclusion of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Gertrude’s Church Renovation Fund.
