Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, in his 70th year.
Beloved husband of Karen for 48 years. Loving father of Derek (Bonnie) and Ernie (Missy). Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Erica, Tyler and Matthew. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Ernest and his siblings Ron, Robert and Alfreda.
Joey will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. His joy and laughter will be remembered by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 4-7 p.m. at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Please register to attend the visitation and service at www.armstrongfh.ca or by calling 905-433-4711.
