Peacefully passed away on Monday, April 15 2019. Predeceased by her partner, Mark.
Survived by her sisters, Charlotte and Celeste and brother, Ace. Beloved mother to Carrie, Stephanie and Jamie. Cherished grandmother to Crystal, Jolene, Nathan, Dustin, Tyler, Luke, Kennedy, Logan and Sarah. Devoted great-grandmother to Nixon, Xavier, Isabella, DJ, Mason and Maverick.
