QUINLAN, Julie Ann (nee: Cardwell) General Motors Retiree 30 Years Service – Peacefully on Thursday January 28, 2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 62. Julie, beloved wife for 26 years of Kevin Quinlan. Loving mother of Donna McGee, and step-mother of Terry Jennings, Christopher Quinlan and Joey Quinlan. Proud grandmother of Alicia, Taylor, Aiden, Emily, Katarina, Alexander and Joshua. Julie is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Joyce Cardwell and her brother Thomas Cardwell. As per Julie’s wishes cremation will take place and she will be interred with her parents. Arrangements entrusted to the Armstrong Funeral Home.
