Peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, one month prior to her 99th birthday.
Beloved wife of the late Joe Laurie. Loving mother of Faye Laurie (Andre O’Bumsawin) and Jim Laurie (Gina). Cherished grandmother of Ryan Amey (Terri), Sherry Gerber (Corey), Jaime Stevens (T.C.), and Michael Laurie (Jessica) and great-grandmother of 7.
Special thanks to the PSW’s and administration staff of Faith Place for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 11 a.m. -12 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 12 p.m. Interment at Thornton Cemetery.
