Passed away, after a lengthy illness, on Monday, December 26, 2022 at Oak Ridges Hospice, just shy of her 67th birthday. Beloved sister of Frank (Sandra) and Teresa. Cherished aunt of Andrea, Jason (Catrina), Colleen (John), Greg, and Kristen (Tom) and great-aunt of Briana, Finley, Auston, Odin, Cooper, and Maci. Predeceased by her parents Piotr and Elizabeth Was.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 12-1 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
