Osso, Marino
Peacefully surrounded by family and friends at home, Marino passed away on Tuesday August 31st, 2021 at the age of 74.
Born 1947 in Longobardi, Calabria Italy, the son of the late Enrico & Angela Osso.
Beloved husband of Anita.
Proud father of Angela (John), Isa (Emilio) and Marino Jr. (Sarah).
Loving and proud Nonno to Christopher, Michael, Julia, Nicholas, Samantha, Joanna.
Life long friend, business partner and brother of John (Teresa).
Marino was loved dearly by many nephews and nieces.
Marino and his brother John are well known and respected in the community owning Osso City Lighting and Electrical Supplies for 37 years.
An active member of the Oshawa Italian Recreation Club where Marino made many cherished friendships which turned into family.
Marino was a great role model to his children and family. An honest, hardworking, generous man to everyone. Words cannot express how deeply he will be missed, by everyone who knew him but most especially by his loving family.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all the numerous family, friends and caregivers who helped Dad throughout the last month.
A heartfelt Thank You goes to Dr. Bhargava and Dr. Barrettara on behalf of Marino for all their help over the years.
A special Thanks to Nurse Cassandra for her unending support and care during the last month.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday September 4th, 2021 at Holy Family Parish, 91 Ribblesdale Dr., Whitby REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE MASS, PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE AT armstrongfh.ca followed by A PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum.
