Humphrey, Marion Joanne – October 19, 1945 – August 11, 2017
The family of Marion is saddened by her sudden passing at home in Oshawa on August 11, 2017. Marion was 71 years old and cherished by her son Ryan Beacock. Predeceased by her parents Lorne and Jean Brown and three brothers Lorne, David and John. Survived by Linda Boyd (Bob), Barbara March, Carmen Brown, Patricia Durnin (Grant), Kathryn Nochta-Northeast (Bernie), Teresa Brown, Andrew Brown, Timothy Brown and Christine Brown-Diskey. Along with several nieces and nephews. Marion retired from the retail grocery business after 41 years. Starting with Steinbergs in Ajax, Ontario at 16 years old. Cremation has taken place. A graveside ceremony will be held on Saturday August 26, 2017 at 1 pm at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, 541 Taunton Road West, Ajax, ON L1T 4T2 – Enter on Church Street. A celebration of life to follow at East Shore Community Centre 910 Liverpool Road, Pickering, ON L1W 1S6. Entrance and parking at the back of the building.
