SMITH, MILDRED ROSE (NEE FOSKETT)
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Millie on September 3, 2013, in Port Perry Hospital, at the age of 83. Surrounded by the love of her family and companion Doug Flewell.
Mildred is predeceased by her husband John and son Gary, sisters Betty and Diane, and brother Howard. Millie is greatly cherished and will be forever missed by her daughter Donna and her husband Wayne Plowright, her son David and his wife Peggy, and her son Wayne. She will be fondly remembered by her wonderful grandchildren Jason, Carri, Jeff, Brad, Brandon, Kyle and Laurie and her many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 6, at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King Street East, Oshawa) from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, September 7, at 11 am. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
