Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 84. Richard was born July 30, 1937 in Greenock, Scotland. Loving father of Alison (Robert), Sandy (Tony), and Richard Jr. Cherished grandfather of Derek (Kristy), Allan (Annemarie), Rianna, Austin (Kendra), Daniel (Rachel), Colin, Sabrina, and Mitchell (Megan) and great-grandfather of Addyson, Sydney, and Eden. Dear brother of Margaret McVey and Daniel (Betty) McNeill. Predeceased by his parents Angus & Nancy McNeill. Will be missed by his special friend Clark Fulston of Scotland.
Richard was a member of the Masonic Lodge, David T. Campbell Lodge #706.
