Uncle Bob you were one of the great ones. You meant so much to so many of us because of your wonderful heart and love of life.

So many talents from your artistic skills to your meticulous craftsmanship. You had such a incredible way about you, living life to the fullest, greeting everyone with a huge smile and infectious laugh. I admired your gift to be able to stand up and speak for so many in the family at weddings, anniversaries and various events. You raised such a lovely family and your special traits live on within each of them.

I absolutely adored how much of a gentleman you were taking wonderful care of Aunt Bet💕

I have so many wonderful memories - Hanging out at the Hemlock house, visiting in Aylmer and the trip to Myrtel beach was so much fun. You and Aunt Bet making a W with your legs for Woody, Sandy’s favourite Bay City Roller 🤣😂

You hold a special place in my heart and I will miss you dearly Uncle Bob. I will cherish my memories forever. Rest easy!! Until we meet again ♥️

Sincere condolences Aunt Bet, Tom Barb and family, Sandra Chuck and family xo

We were shocked and heartbroken to hear of the passing of Uncle Bob. We will miss everything about Uncle Bob, from his sense of humour, wise wisdom and his infectious laughter. He was a pillar of this family and an extraordinary family man. Our thoughts and prayers to Aunt Bet and the Russell and Murphy families. With deepest sympathy Karen, Norm and Dylan Wyles xo

A beautiful, kind, intelligent, loving soul passed away on May 27, and we will miss him every day. I have known Bob Russell as far back as my memory goes, and he has always been a wonderful husband to our sister Betty, the best father to his children that any child could ever wish for, a son-in-law that treated our mother as kindly as his own, and our father the very same. His intelligent mind was always so amazing to me, for he knew so much about every subject but never boasted about it. He was always kind and considerate to every person in our family, and all of our children and their children! At our family Christmas parties, he led the young children in Christmas carols every year, and every one of them will always remember him fondly and with a smile for that. His contagious laugh made everyone smile, and he always had a twinkle in his eye, and liked to joke along with all of us. Our lives will be much more lonely now, but thank God we have the best memories around of Bob Russell. Our deepest condolences to our sister Betty, and their son Tom, and Barb, and their daughter Sandra and Chuck, and their respective families. Thank you Bob, for all the memories. We will never forget you. Love Lynda and Doug.
