Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Irena of 36 years. Loving father of Iwona (Sean Kaufmann), Sylvia (Mark Koepp), and Patrycja. Dear brother of Leszek (Bozena) and Marek. Predeceased by his parents Henryk and Monika and his brother Krzysztof. Slawomir will be remembered and sadly missed by his family and friends in Canada and Poland.
As per his wishes, a private burial will take place at Thornton Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Armstrong Funeral Home.
