It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our dear mother, Tatiana Antonowytsch who passed away peacefully, on Friday November 10, 2023 at Traditions Retirement home. She was 96 years old.
Loving mother of Lesia (Jeff), Kathrene (Erik), and Lidia (John). Tatiana raised her children with love and devotion with her late husband, Wolodymyr Antonowytsch. Cherished babusia of Natalie, Christopher, Kristin, Malcolm, and Gavin, all of whom brought her so much pride and joy. Predeceased by her sister, Nadia.
Tatiana had many interests. She was an avid gardener and loved to cook and share her garden bounty with friends and neighbours. When she wasn’t poking around in her gardens, you would find her in her favourite chair embroidering beautiful Ukrainian blouses, tablecloths and pillows.
Tatiana was an active member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church. She enjoyed being a member of the ladies sisterhood and cherished the many friendships that she shared during those years.

A funeral service will take place in the Armstrong Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 pm. followed by interment at Union Cemetery, Oshawa. Memorial donations to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church would be appreciated, and may be made by visiting www.armstrongfh.ca.
