Obituary for Vera Lytwyn (Bohdan)
Passed away peacefully, on Friday, August 7 2020 in her 89th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael. Loving mother of Irena Lytwyn, Mary (David) Semanciw and Olga (James) Boucher. Cherished grandmother of Michael (Wendy), Jeremy (Wendy), Marijka, Natalka; Chris (Jen), Steve (Cassandra); Ridge (Jenn), Tyler, Jason and Elizabeth. Great grandmother of Annette, Stefan, Demyan and Hayden.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). Panachyda will take place at 7:30 p.m. Please contact the funeral home at 905-433-4711 or www.armstrongfh.ca to register for the visitation. Masks are required. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 10 a.m. at St. George the Great Martyr Ukrainian Catholic Church (42 Lviv Blvd.). Interment to follow at St. Wolodymyr & St. Olha Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Wounded Soldiers or Children of Chernobyl Fund, under the auspices of the Canadian Ukraine Foundation.
