Dobko, William – Passed away peacefully on Friday March 27, 2015 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. William grew up in Saskatchewan and joined the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II. After his service he joined General Motors in Oshawa for a lifelong career. Bill in his 92nd year was the cherished husband of Mary Dobko. Mary and William were married on August 31st, 1946 and enjoyed 67 years together. Dear father of Robert William Dobko and Joan Anne Dickinson. Loving grandfather of Duane, Adam, Andrea, Faye, Vanessa and Claire. Great grandfather of Cameron, Wil and Nathan. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with Funeral Service at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church on Thursday April 2nd at 10 am. Interment to follow at Oshawa Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Orthodox Church would be appreciated.
