It was with sadness I recently learned of Jacks passing. I believe I was Jacks first assistant when he started with Dr. Hamilton. When all your life you remember that one boss, teacher, and mentor,That would be Jack. He was a joy to work for and in any situation he always kept the atmosphere lighthearted and stress free ,always so curious to both his patents and his staff. My very deepest condolences go to you and the family.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of Dr. Bakers passing. Please accept our most heartfelt condolences. We have both been going to Dr. Baker for almost 24 years . His compassion and professionalism was second to none. His shoes will never be filled the same. As the years went along it got to feel more like dropping in on a friend than going to the Dentist, getting caught up in what we`ve all been up to since the last visit and we will miss those chats. We were honoured to be at his Service on Tuesday and what a beautiful tribute it was to him.He`s left a beautiful legacy behind in his family. Condolence: So sorry to hear of the passing of Dr.Jack Baker, my condolences goes out to his family & friends. He was one of the first dentists that I worked for, as a dental assistant back in the early 80's and looking at his pictures brought back some good memories of working for him.
