Condolence From: Michael William Amey
Condolence: Hi Dad. It's been 10 years now since you've left us. We have missed alot together. Your grand daughter is beautiful and has your curly hair, funny personality and is so gentil and giving like you were. Plus has my mom's strong & stubburn actions. She Is a perfect mix of the both of you. My wife Paulina has been a blessing from G-d. When he sent her and Sofia he really did send me angels.
I miss you everyday and dream about you, only you don't appear in my dreams. Only an empty apartment with something that you loved that I've lost along the way. My Mom died last year and that was hard on us because we had plans together that we didn't accomplish. She meant the world to me as well. Both of you did. I really wish that we had enjoyed our time together more. I know that you loved me but I didn't get a chance to show you how much I loved you and that really hurts dad. Anyways I love you and will always love you. I hope when G-d chooses me to leave this world that maybe you can come get me? I'd really love to see you. I hope your happy where ever you are and please know that a part of me is empty without you.

Condolence: I met Ted back in the mid sixties. He was a couple of years older than me with means little as grown adults but as kids, it meant the difference between the big kids and the little kids. It didn't seem to matter to Ted that I was a little kid. He played guitar and that inspired me to learn but when I had my first lesson the instructor told me my hands were still too small and to wait a few years. Ted thought that was just stupid and taught me how to play my first song anyway which was The House of the Rising Sun. I still play that song and each time I do I remember sitting with him at his folk's home down at the lake in Shwa’s south end where we both grew up. Our paths crossed from time to time as we grew older on the odd job site, at parties, weddings, the Gathering of Old Friends, the occasional funeral and of course, at the Atria. Ted took the time to privately advise me how to best do my time pointing out the importance of respect, etiquette and fearlessness the night before my own sentencing which proved invaluable to me. I knew Ted as a decent, generous and fair man. One of the good guys.
