Chilvers, Henry James “Harry” – After a brief battle with cancer, Harry passed away on Monday December 3rd, 2012 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Harry in his 92nd year is the beloved husband of Rose. Dear father of Linda Lami & her husband Bert, Betty Lami & her husband Jack and Robert Chilvers & his wife Trudy. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Bert & his wife Melinda, Andrew, Jason & his wife Tammy, Adam, Brad & his wife Breann, Kyle & his wife Elise and Jessica. Sadly missed by his great grandchildren Nickolas, Jaxon, Ava, Audrey, Owen and Travis. Dear brother of William, Robert, Ronnie, Violet and Shirley. Predeceased by his sister Elizabeth and brother Jack. A sincere thank you to the staff of Lakeridge Health Palliative Care 4th floor, for their endless compassion and special care. A Private Family Service was held at Armstrong Funeral Home followed by interment at Thornton Cemetery. Memorial donations to the R. S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
