My dear friend Dorothy, what a privilege it was to know you, even though it was only for a few years. I'll never forget you. You were like a mother to me, and I'm so blessed to have had you in my life. We started out as neighbours and ended up as very close friends. Your door was always open and it felt so good just to be able to come and talk with you about anything. Even despite your failing health you always put others' needs ahead of your own. I've never known someone as generous and loving as you were, and I'm so priviledged to have known you. Thank you ever so much from the bottom of my heart for your overwhelming generosity not just to me, but also to Lisa, Michelle, Sharon, Joan, Glen and all the other people who loved you so much. I will always love you, Dorothy.
