Obituary for Anna Maria Del Sordo (Tartaglia)
DEL SORDO, Anna Maria(nee Tartaglia)
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday August 10, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Beloved wife of Giuseppe Del Sordo for 63 years. Proud mother of John(Rosanne) and Rose Del Sordo(Terry). Cherished Nonna of Joey, Antonella and Marcus. Predeceased by her parents Pasquale and Adelina Tartaglia of Italy. Anna Maria will be dearly missed by all of her extended family and friends. Anna Maria’s family would like to extend their warm thanks to Dr. J. Barrettara for many years of dedicated care, her PSW, Alyssa, as well as all of the wonderful staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, for all of their care and compassion.
Friends may call for visitation on Monday, August 15 from 2-4 and 6-9pm at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME(124 King St. E., Oshawa). A funeral mass will take place at St. Mary of the People Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 16 at 11am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are greatly appreciated.
