Passed away peacefully on Friday September 9, 2016 at Glen Hill Strathaven Long Term Care, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Loving mother of Robyn and Daniel, and the late Norman and Douglas. Cherished Grammie of Jessica (Derek), Virginia, Gregory and the late Robert. Doreen’s family would like to say a big “Thank-You” to all the staff at Glen Hill Strathaven for the loving and compassionate care they provided. A graveside service was held on Monday September 12, 2016 at Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
