Henry Starzynski
Henry Starzynski – March 21st, 1923 – December 20th, 2016
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on December 20th
Born in Sandomirsz Poland, came to Canada in 1937. Proudly served the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment through Italy and the liberation of Holland
Founding member of ACK ACK Kennedy Club and the Canadian Corps
Loving husband of the late Sophie (Meringer) Starzynski (2001)
Cherished father of Richard (Helen), John (Susan) and the late Marg (Kennedy), Frank (Diane), and Henry (Lee Ann)
Dearly remembered by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Visitation will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King Street E., Oshawa) on Thursday December 22nd from 7-9pm. Private burial to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
