Sollows, Walter (Retired GM employee)

Passed away tragically and unexpectedly on August 3, 2015 at the age of 76. Walter is survived by his daughter Sharon (Russ), and his grandsons Joshua and Jonathan. Walter is predeceased by his loving wife Shirley as well as his sons, Glenn and Gary. An avid sportsman, Walter enjoyed golf, swimming, badminton, fishing and hunting. He passed on his passion for hunting and fishing to his grandsons. A Celebration of Walter’s Life will take place on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 1 – 4 p.m. at Unifor Local 222 (1425 Phillip Murray Avenue, Oshawa). If desired, memorial donations to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters are gratefully appreciated by Walter’s family.
