Condolence From: Lynda Curtin
Condolence: I have so many great memories of spending time with Kay. One, in particular, makes me smile. I was dating Les (42 years ago). Kay invited me to have Sunday dinner with them. I was helping her in the kitchen and she asked me to make the "instant mashed potatoes." I had no idea there was such a thing as "instant mashed potatoes." My father was Ukranian and bought potatoes and onions by the bushel! This was a good lesson. She was very busy and had to decide how to save time. Her solution to have a family Sunday dinner was instant mashed potatoes. We had a great dinner. Nobody mentioned the potatoes were instant. I thought it was funny because she was from Ireland;-D
