In his 92nd year after a courageous and long fought battle with cancer
Immigrated to Canada six months after he married the woman of his dreams
Predeceased by his parents Francesco and Maria Macri.
Survived by brother Vito (late Barbera) and sisters Liberata (late Domenico) and Caterina (Giuseppe) and predeceased by brothers John, Franco (Frances) and Tony (Franca).
Beloved husband of Maria (nee Maida)
Cherished father of Maria (Joe), Frank, and Vince (Lisa)
Loving grandfather of Angie, Lisa (late Jeremy), Christina (Adam), Brittany (Kris), Michael, Jessica, Sarah, and Victoria
Great-grandfather of Rachel, Daniella, Joseph, Julia, Ava, Noah, Alyssa, Jaxson and Maddox and uncle to many nieces and nephews
Visitation will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King Street E., Oshawa) on Sunday March 5th from 3-5pm and Monday March 6th from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Funeral Mass will be held at ST. THERESE’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (3800 Courtice Road North, Courtice) on Tuesday March 7th at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Prostate Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family
